friendly staff clean room old furniture creaking noise
The staff was really great and friendly! they went that extra bit for us customers, so i was happy. the room was clean, and the bed was comfy, which i really appreciated. breakfast had good quality food. I was satisfied!!!
The room looked nothing like the photos online. It was presented as bright with white furniture. in reality, it was grey with worn-out old furniture, which wasn't great.

the hotel is located in a beautiful historic building. check-in and check-out were quick. i was happy to find a kettle and drink sachets in my room.
the breakfast offered no vegan options, and all items were pre-packaged.

the hotel is close to the town center, museums, shops, and restaurants. the staff was friendly! and helpful.
my room smelled too heavily of chemicals like bleach. the bed was not of good quality and was uncomfortable to sleep on.

canal location good variety
the location was excellent near the canal. Breakfast offered a good variety of food options. i found the staff members helpful. the hotel's simplicity added value.
the rooms are outdated. it is not pleasant spending extended time there.

convenient location canalside view converted house
The location was convenient, walkable from the train station. The canalside view was beautiful. the converted merchant house added character, and breakfast was great. i was able to easily walk to attractions.
The room's condition was not great. The carpet had stains. the mattress proved awful. It was not a luxury hotel, though.
